bucky barnes is such an interesting character and marvel could do SO much with him but instead they just. . . never addressed so much of his character? you have something SO AMAZING in the PALM OF YOUR HANDS and instead of working with it they decide to make she hulk or something?

tfatws is one of my favourite mcu series and i personally enjoyed it SO MUCH, the plot was a little here and there but overall it’s my most rewatched mcu show asides from loki— but even then they just.. didn’t touch buckys character enough, they didn’t even scratch the SURFACE !!

i loved seeing him interact with people normally— but i wanted to see more of him struggling? with the brainwashing and hydra and js everything!! they could’ve done it with the therapist but they just.. didn’t? and i’m curious as to WHY !! who is stopping them from digging deeper who do i need to take out?

alright i am sick of yt to mp4 sites being shady and full of viruses and finding websites that seem to be working and then don't work (looking at you y232 (no hate, just frustrated))

so HERE'S HOW YOU DOWNLOAD YOUTUBE VIDEOS WITH VLC!! VLC FREAKIN RULES!!

get your youtube link

open vlc, go to media > open network stream

paste your url in the box and PRESS PLAY!

wait for the video to open then go to tools > codec information

copy the entire file location (click the box, then ctrl-a to select all, then ctrl-c to copy)

paste into your browser of choice (i use firefox)

right click video and press "save video as", choose your file format if you want

DONE! NO VIRUSES OR SKETCHY STUFF!

the quality might be a little crummy but if you don't mind that, then shabam! video on your computer! then you can email it to yourself and have it on your phone too if you want! if you need a guide with pictures wikihow has you covered my friends

YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR YOUTUBE.LUAC FILE FOR THIS TO WORK!!!

Go to here https://github.com/videolan/vlc/blob/master/share/lua/playlist/youtube.lua

Navigate to C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\playlist (or whatever equivalent there is on Mac; if you have a Mac just fish around in the program files you're bound to find it somewhere)

Open youtube.luac with a text editor like Notepad

Delete whatever's in there and replace it with ALL of the stuff with the github file.

Save the file, restart VLC, and then it should work.

As a side note this is all perfectly legal. When sued by google, the French courts (because VLCs parent organization is French) concluded that because Youtube was distributing their videos for free, people had every right to download them for free, and no violation of intellectual property was being committed.

Do you know about my free web based sketch app that rotates random pose references? 🤔

It's called AdorkaStock Sketch and you can access it on desktop or mobile. It will adjust to fit your screen! On mobile you can scroll down to see the options.

There are currently just over 2,000 poses in rotation with more coming. You can change the timer, skip poses, sort with filters, or try predefined class modes.

The site is completely free and thanks to my Patrons I was recently able to remove third-party ads! If you turn off your ad blockers while using the site you will only see my own ads.

You can also make a free account which will allow you to collect a favorites list and set sketching goals.

Please check it out and use it as often as you need to for pose browsing, gesture warm ups, or long drawing sessions (just hit pause on any pose!) Hope it's super useful for you. Happy drawing! 🎨✨

Sort of long story but fuck this customer. I work at a chain retail store but the location in my town is closing, so everything is going for 50%-80% off. I greet a lady and tell her that everything is guaranteed at least half off the normal price (remember this), and she goes to browse. A few minutes later she is buying a pair of jeans, my coworker asks if she wants to try them on because they are final sale (remember this too), she declines, and buys them straight away. After the transaction is done, cashier tells her the price, she reads the price again in the card reader, and there is a red “final sale” stamp on her receipt, she changes her mind and says she doesn’t want them any more. Apparently I lied to her about the price because she thought it was half off the RED STICKER price on the tag, not the normal price, which I mentioned beforehand. We don’t make people do math in this store because it’s just easier to put the damn price on the tag. Had to call the “manager” because the old managers quit, hence why the store is closing. The lady bitched about me right in front of me for five minutes repeating how I misled her and she wasn’t made aware of the price, manager had to do the whole “customer is always right” thing and humiliate me in front of the lady and the other customers in the store. She still had to keep the jeans and threatened to rant about me on Facebook. Almost passed out from the rage when I got home.
