It is really interesting to me to think about what summons Eikko would use as a summoner, because she wouldn't be beholden to the ones they use in ffxiv (especially because hers probably wouldn't be a result of absorbing their aether)
#she's keeping Titan because I mean#the whole reason she exists is because Retsarra is a stand-in for Eiko in a way just a little in reverse#and Fenrir and Titan are Eiko's summons#I mean there's also Madeen and Phoenix but#anyway I thought it would be sweet if the little girl who was so desperately lonely in ff9 could have an iteration of her where instead#she's so loved by those around her#and is the product of a relationship between two people who have often felt very lonely and isolated despite being surrounded by others#Andi feels a lot less lonely as of shb and ew but still fears being left when people grow tired of him#Retsarra's beliefs othered him and he grew up being one of the sole people capable of remembering those who died when everyone else forgets#but in each other they find kinship#ok ok enough feeling mushy about them skdhdjdh#eikko#E'andhris Tia#andi/retsarra
