It's definitely a myth that being vegan automatically makes you lose weight (there's a TON of unhealthy and fatty vegan food, and obviously super high calorie stuff like cooking oil tends to be vegan as well) but now that I've locked in again I find being vegan makes it easier to find excuses to restrict

Like, my family went to the city yesterday and spontaneously decided to get ice cream, and obviously I couldn't get any cuz it's not vegan so, problem solved easily and no one finds it suspicious

I hate being short

It makes losing weight, looking lean, so much harder. My metabolism is inherently slower, any weight gain is more noticeable.

Everyone in my family is taller than me. Most people I come accross are taller than me.

It's my greatest source of dysphoria.

My height is the one thing about my body I can never even hope to change, and it really makes me hate myself.
