hello anon,

i've been hanging onto this ask for a long time. i've mostly been keeping it to myself as a reminder, something i can look to when i'm being hard on myself (which is most of the time). i appreciate the kind words more than you know.

if you're a long time follower you might have noticed my production of art slowed down a lot. i might attribute it to me getting better. in many ways i am. but every so often i want to hurt myself, whether it's in small ways or irreparable ones. and sometimes i give in. and that scares me.

i think i need to dedicate myself to hobbies (like art and/or this blog) again, that maybe this relentless emptiness and anxiety is in part from only doing schoolwork and playing video games.

all this to say, thank you for your kind words. this is what i need to remember when i want to leave this world and then hate myself for thinking it because my life has been only trending up since 6 years ago.
