A brother Loki loves isn’t necessarily a brother that loves him back, but out of everything that makes Loki Loki, he decided that was something he wanted to keep.
Even when he was a full on villain it was implied deep down Loki always loved Thor. I don’t think he could ever stop loving his brother.
No offense I love Loki and everything. But are we forgetting that he literally killed kid Loki? And the beating he got was because of exactly that?
Yeah, sure it’s implied many times by him that he was forced to. But how do we know for sure that it’s true? How could Thor for sure trust that?
Thor at this time has lost his hammer, came from the whole Gor drama in which he had his future self tell him that he will never be the son his father wanted. The only thing Thor had at the moment is kid Loki,Kid Loki was a new start for him, a way to not fuck up his younger brother all over again, to be there for him. Then BOOM that’s gone, he’s dead, killed by his “evil self” the villian who have hurt Thor a thousand time.
Yeah we as readers are aware it’s not the older evil Loki because that one is dead but How would Thor know that?
