HAPPY BANGCHELLA DAY!

I met a French Stray Kids fan yesterday and it got me thinking about how far kpop has come.

When I started in 2013 the only kpop song people knew was Gangnam Style but a few years later, BTS broke through the barrier and then Blackpink, Parasite was showing in the cinema in 2019, Korean restaurants started to appear and kpop stories opened, Squid Game got popular, the supermarkets are even selling some korean food and the V&A did a Hallyu Wave exhibition.

Now, meeting fans outside of the Internet shows just how far music travels.

Groups are even doing world tours and selling out shows.

Most recently Big Bang performed at Coachella.

I'm happy that I'm able to experience the change in something that I love and has made a difference in my life

I've always been spiritual and for the last 17ish years I've considered myself Pagan, I used to do my rituals, meditate etc

Even though I'm still reading my wicca books and doing the Wiccan Rede rules but I havent done any rituals or much meditation for the last few years (life gets in my way)

I still feel connected to the Earth and the elements.

I'm interested in the philosophy of both paganism and Buddhism.

Am I still spiritual, wiccan, Pagan, Buddhist?

I have no idea anymore
