All guests associated with the night’s event are led through the lobby of the hotel towards the hall where the first part of the event will begin. The doors to the hall eventually open and the guests are welcomed by staff dressed in black and gold trimmed outfits. Donation boxes for the entree fees are to the right of the entrance, and to the left are a couple members of wait staff. A glass of champagne is offered to each guest. “Welcome,” The head of staff welcomes the guests as they enter. “Please sit your bags by the door and take a seat anywhere. Dinner will be served soon.”

EVENT [1] | 50th annual charity lock-in

Invitations that are personally addressed to certain members of the community are left in their mailboxes - inside of the black and gold trimmed envelope is the following message: 

Sir or Madam, THE PREMIUM and the community of Potomac request the presence of your company at the 50th ANNUAL START OF FALL CHARITY LOCK-IN on September 29, 2017, at 8:00pm at The William F. Bolger Center's Stained Glass Hall. Formal dress is required along with a change of clothes for one night's stay, along with a $100 donation as a means of entry. More details to come.
