Thrift fit of the day featuring a dress, shoes and sweater from Goodwill. Belt from ThredUP.

I’m mixing summer with fall for this one. This cute Liz Claiborne dress I got for just $7.99! It is a beautiful thin dress with a pink floral print with gold accents. You can see the hem ruff matches the shelves. So cute!

The thick cheetah belt with excessive gold hardware is giving me a more defined waist line.

I love mixing patterns. Between the floral design in the dress, the cheetah belt and the stripped sweater it’s a lot going on but I think it works nicely.

The shoes remind me of something a library would wear. Seems like the perfect way to tie the whole look together. I bought these shoes when I was applying to work at a college.

Where am I going? Am I a librarian working on a campus. A busy mom on the go running errands and picking up the kids?

Today’s outfit is very 70’s/Western themed. I woke up late this morning and knew I wanted to wear these pants and when I saw this vest in my closet, I had a quick passing thought that this shirt would be a great addition to the overall look. I love it when the translation from outfit ideas turns out exactly how I imagine.

Was it a coincidence that I also ran into a man wearing a cowboy hat at that gas station this morning? Or a sign this was the right outfit for the day?

I found this vest around Christmas last year with a ton of other western style items and it was an instant love!

Let’s also talk about the cute details on this top. And I will tell you a secret, I’m wearing it backwards 🤫

This stripped tie detail was designed for the back of the shirt but I absolutely adore the way it looks like a scarf when it’s in the front. It’s giving 70’s flight attendant or maybe receptionist.

I’m also a huge fan of mixing patterns. The black and white strips with the thin cheetah belt and let’s not forget about the cute floral details on the shoes.

I think I like the overall look better with my hair pulled back.

This outfit felt like it was giving “Carry on my Wayward Son” and I was all about it.

100% thrifted and I couldn’t be happier with the final fit.

Top thrifted from the wine fest I went to down the ocean.

I am obsessed with these purses that look like picnic baskets. The inside does too!

This girl spent the day tasting wine in a beautiful field and enjoying some of the last days of summer.

This outfit is fall 🍂 inspired. It’s going to be 86 degrees outside today but I am in full fall mode.

This outside features a faux leather skirt in a burnt orange color with a silver belt accent. I also have an added chain belt I just thrifted from goodwill yesterday. This belt is a beautiful example of mixing metals which I adore!

On top, we have an orange/yellow knit fabric dicky style floral shirt. I did tuck in the turtleneck portion to help give a more summer feel.

Moving to the toes, we have a leopard flat with gold accent chain details.

I threw on a white leopard short sleeve sweater to help keep me warm in the air conditioned office. lol

This outfit features some of my favorite colors, orange and favorite thrifts.

Where does it look like I’m going in this outfit? A fun fall activity?
