ill have another post later on the worlds magic :)
Ullendra. Where our story begins, located east of the mountains and near a snowy taiga. Although one of the largest human settlements of Thrytocilia, Ullendra is not vastly populated due to its climate. Only those born there typically live there. Due to an easily accessible port and best access to other countries, Uswen, the town south of Ullendras capital, often imports goods to Ullendra through carriage or boat. When it comes to foreign medicine and other things more likely to be stolen, many shops in Uswen are given opportunities to purchase those items and sell them in their stores. This lowers transportation costs for the town and also reduces carriage thievery repercussions. Known as the most passive country, Ullendras army is small and of the weakest due to only dealing with petty theft and occasional brawls. They arent known to fight wars, who would want to take them over anyway?
Gliade. Home to the Pheax, many non-magic users reside here. The Pheax are the elves that were never given a gift by their gods and over time, in order for them to feel “better” about it, they began to claim that they were the only “pure” race of elves and believed those with magic were tainted and the gods were demons in disguise. From this, came the idea of magic overdose being a sign of magic being evil and demonic. This hatred makes trade with them difficult, for the majority of the population disagrees with their views and would rather not empower them with trade. However due to Ullendras distance from other countries, Gliade is their main source of trade. This closeness to Gliade has slowly made many people of Uswen adopt similar ideologies to the Pheax, though unlike in Gliade, it is only the people, not the government nor law. Those born with magic in Gliade are shunned and forced into poverty or homelessness. Every magic user in the city is only there because its near impossible for them to leave
Wellhaven. Located deep in the woods and home to the Kaina, Wellhaven is a large city that was built around a great infinite well that was placed by the Water Goddess in the beginning of civilization. To give her people her mystic abilities she gave them four days to set up a festival to celebrate the well and her gifts to come. The goddess left them to their devices and came back on the day of the festival to find that in the short amount of time given they had built several huts and gathered food fit for a royal party. Near the end of the festival she gathered everyone and told them her plan to give them her powers over water. The Goddess manifested sacred water from within herself and placed it into several glasses. Asking for volunteers, she told them whoever drank the water from these glasses shall bear children wielding the abilities to manipulate water and heal with it. The festival ended with uhhm a lot of sex where the goddess herself even participated (she a freak). This festival became a yearly occurrence (even fitted with freaky tents for the end of the night). This began the building of the great city wellhaven is today. Being the largest and most wealthy country of Thrytocill, it also has the largest population. so much so that many houses and shops were built around the outskirts of the wall surrounding the inner city.
Noenn. Located Along the dessert and beaches, the kingdom of Noenn has fallen to shambles due to war. Before deciding they didnt like the area and found it unfair that there were people living better than them in the mountains, this was native Faulden land, an orc like race. After waging war on Keolith to take over their land in hopes of better lives, all Drakos and Kuthrin not killed were relocated to Noenn, where they now reside permanently
Keolith. Previously named Drakora, and currently home to the Faulden, Keolith is covered in rocky mountains and volcanoes with its city being built into the side of the mountain range. Due to the breath of dragons living in the western mountains, smog and ash typically pollute the area. This is the main reason for the Faulden waging wars all over the continent, unlike the Drakos and Kuthrin, they are not built to breath well in this environment nor do they know how to grow food and now they cant survive.
Ne’sla’na’. And island in the middle of the ocean unknown to the world and not shown in any maps, can only be found under a Golden Moon which occurs once every 500 years. Native to this island are the E’nsve’tïa’ne’v(3moons) people, though there are few others that resided here due to being brought from the mainland(typically by force). The E’nsve’tïa’ne’v worship and descend from the Goddesses of the three most known moons of the world, A’mo’tïa’(Fire), He’čhïes(Ice), and Me’ha’lï (Psyche). Those descended from these Gods have the gift of whichever Goddesses blood runs strongest in their veins. N’esla’n is divided into three courts based on each moon, each court governed by 1-3 natives of the corresponding moon. Over time due to attacks by the I’sa’n, the population of this island dwindled until one final attack during a moon festival, where their magic was the weakest, wiped out the remaining inhabitants.
Le’no’þïca.(LehNothica). A floating island created by the god of a fourth hidden moon, Ma’þe’ka’(rage), to re-home his children after suffering a betrayal by his sister A’mo’tïa’. Before this event, he was a god of wards known as I’se’la’ and his children lived on Ne’sla’na’ as E’nsve’tïane’v. Once his innocence turned to fury, he used all his might to rip a chunk from the earth, place it in the sky, and mold his followers to have wings and clawed feet to become more fierce and make it to and from Le’no’þïca’. After this transformation, I’se’la’ became Ma’þe’ka’ and his people became the I’sa’n(eclipse). Named this for a reason, every eclipse the people of Le’no’þïca’ become stronger and lose all sense of reality before going on killing sprees, mostly targeting Ne’sla’na’ and eventually spreading out to more areas. Due to their wings, I’sa’n can fly above the storms that keep outsiders from entering Ne’sla’na’
