You know for how much people talk about Nesta in the first book I think they forget a lot of what happened when Feyre came back like Nesta

-Was the only family member who saw past the glamour (still not explained how, I doubt it was her impenetrable mind. ) and went to go find feyre despite having recently went through her sexual assault.

-She listened to Feyre’s story of what happened

-asked Feyre to teach her how to paint (this is an underrated scene especially when they came out and they were covered in paint)

-She actually acknowledged that she couldn’t take care of their family the way that Feyre did.

-I think Feyre was one of the only people she opened up to about how she felt about their father and what had happened with them pre-ACOSF.

-Feyre kept close to Nesta the entire night during the ball Elain threw for her because Nesta was good at warding off suitors and Feyre didn’t want to deal with them.

-she held up a hand to her father and Elain when Feyre was trying to explain what was happening in prythin and Feyre directed most of her instructions to Nesta.

-She also helped Feyre get ready to go back,

-She also told Feyre not to worry about them that they’d be fine without her, (this wasn’t her being vicious even Feyre said so, it was her telling Feyre she didn’t always have to do things for them)

-Also told Feyre to fight for love and that Feyre would never give up on a person she loves, she would go to the ends of the earth for them,

-Feyre sent Ali’s and her boys to the human lands and told her to find Nesta because she knew whether or not Nesta was afraid of them she would help them out.

-I also reread when Feyre told Nesta and them about Claire. I think Nesta knew that Feyre did it to protect them because Nesta knew it was supposed to be them.

Bonus: In ACOMAF when Feyre tells Nesta and Elain about what happened UTM and Tamlin, This was one of Nesta’s lines “you did all that for your high lord and it still didn’t work out?” This wasn’t Nesta being mean, this was Nesta noting how painful this might have been for Feyre. (Also Cassian didn’t hear this and neither did Rhys, so Nesta cares she just cares in different ways.)
