I once knew a kid who jumped for joy when his mother offered him his daily treat (it was an apple). He was four years old and he had never been fed junk food/refined sugar. He was the happiest, healthiest and most well-behaved little dude ever. Sure, when he's older he's probably going to eat lollies at Halloween and pizza at birthday parties but at least they've tried to sow the seeds early.
