New tier list idea

Not counting Link, Villager, Isabelle, Pac-Man, R.O.B., or any of the Mario universe characters (Except King K. Rool and Piranha Plant since they’re the only ones who have never been playable in Mario Kart before. Yes, Dr. Mario has shown up in both Tour and Home Circuit), who would be the most willing to participate if the next Smash game was a racing games akin to Mario Kart, and who would be like “Alright I’m out.”?

I admit that for some of them idk if they drive/ride anything but I did try to at least look into racing minigames/spinoffs.

Technicality inclusion tier explanations:

Young Link, Sora, and Cloud all have racing minigames they can participate in.

A R.O.B. was in Mario Kart DS, though not the Master R.O.B. that we know in Smash, hence his placement in the "technicality" tier rather than the "already been in a racing game before" tier.

SF64!Fox and Falco can optionally become racers in G-Zero Racing as an ending in Star Fox Command, so while not a racing game or minigame they do become professional racers. SF0!Fox and Falco are in a similar boat as R.O.B., in which any inclusion is because of another version of the characters being included.

Does the Lightning Chariot battle count as a racing minigame?

My journey in Writing For New Media was a great one. It showed me how things are done within new media and stuff to avoid copyrights.

The biggest impact was that fact fanfics count, as I usually thought of them as random fun things. But they actually qualify as new media.

I plan to write another fic while using all I've learn into it soon. Thank you Sir Teddy!

The difference of Ripoff and Resemblance

There is a big difference between something that is inspired by something, and a ripoff. Why did I choose this topic for my blog? Well in my perspective, I feel people use the word ripoff when something the love has another thing similar to it, even if the excecution is far different from one another.

Super Smash Bros. is a well known series involving many video game characters, mostly from Nintendo franchises. The goal is to knock out all the other combatants by sending them off the arena, with many variety of stages and characters, and rulesets. The biggest selling point is the fact you can have crazy pair-ups, like a Game and Watch character fighting Kazuya from Tekken.

Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale has a similar idea; multiple franchises put into one big game. However, it is done differently than Super Smash Bros. You have to land Super Moves to score KOs, and the characters have more complex movesets than Smash Bros.'s simplistic ones, and the characters talk more. However, it is deemed a ripoff solely for having a similar idea.

While it is true it was inspired, that's all. It was INSPIRED. Not copying. A ripoff would be if they copied the layout of stages and the character moveset. The difference is that with being an inspired game, you take ideas from one, and add to your own, which Playstation All-Stars did.

An issue about Supernova being why Sephiroth wins is that it isn't the planet you're on that is destroyed, Sephiroth just takes you to a "Dimensional Space" where that attack happens. So basically the ones who survive it will still have a chance.

I did address that in the original post:

If the planet he destroys is just a nearby planet and the one they’re fighting on is left intact, then that puts him on Toon Link and Yoshi’s level. Maybe he just dies in a sea of rainbow dinosaurs. Who knows.

It was originally the Comic Book version of Sonic, but uh..

Archie Sonic can manipulate fate and has wish powers, even with Kirby's immense strength that ain't something he competes with. (Archie Sonic invoked a Cosmic Retcon that reset the entire Archie Sonic Multiverse which caused many characters to just...not exist anymore)

Starfy and Shadow headcanons

As much as he doesn’t like to admit it, Shadow thinks of Starfy as a little brother and will come to his aid whenever one of the villains tries to threaten or hurt Starfy.

We all know that Steve and the Minecraft reps technically entered in Survival Mode. But just imagine how the Smash fighters would react to the minecraft reps arriving, but with Creative Mode presets..

A battle between one of the creative mode minecraft reps and Kirby would be a battle of "unstoppable force meets immovable object"

Hold it! You have to take into account that a Creative Mode player’s only weaknesses are /kill and void air. They can still be moved by entities and wind (see Create mod) and water. Considering Kirby’s stomach is a literal black hole, all Kirby has to do is inhale the Creative Mode player. This victory would go to Kirby.

Kirby would need to hold them in there for a couple of seconds since they don't sure instantaneously, but that's all it would take.
