Quick Calming Spell

Take 4 deep nasal breathes. Inhaling and exhaling. Then chant or think: (Inhale deeply) I will feel calmer. (exhale deeply) (inhale deeply) My anxiety will go away. (exhale deeply)

If you can stare into something that calms you (a gif, a candle, ect) while you do this. When you are finished seal the spell with your usual chant. (Mine is: As I will it, it will be.)
