TIARA ALERT: Princess Charlotte of Nassau wore Princess Joan of Luxembourg’s Diamond Floral Tiara for her wedding to Mansour Shakarchi at the Church of Santa Maria dello Spasimo in Palermo, Italy on 24 May 2025.
Mansour is from a wealthy Swiss family that makes precious metal ingots, bars, and bullion. I want to make and Ea-nasir joke but apparently they are of very good quality.

The couple had a civil wedding in January in Gstaad where she wore a dress and coat by Giambattista Valli.
Her younger brother, Prince Frederik, was able to attend the civil ceremony prior to his death in March due to a rare mitochondrial disease.

Princess Charlotte wore a tiara that belongs to her grandmother Princess Joan of Luxembourg née Joan Douglas Dillon, a wealthy American divorcée that married into the Luxembourg royal family and then French nobility. It was also worn by her aunt, another Princess Charlotte, when she married Marc Cunningham in 1993.

Provenance
From the descendants of Earl Manvers and Viscount Chetwynd. The tiara was given by Lady Annora Charlotte Pierrepont of Thoresby Park, daughter of Charles Pierrepont 2nd Earl Manvers and her husband Charles Watkin Williams-Wynn, an ancient family of aristocratic Welsh politicians and owners of much of the border region of Wales, to their daughter Mary Williams-Wynn on the occasion of her marriage to Henry Goulburn Chetwynd Stapylton JP in 1886. The tiara was left by Mary Chetwynd Stapylton, nee Williams-Wynn, to her daughter Annora Esther Osmaston, nee Chetwynd Stapylton. Thence by decent."
