I love how Dean and Sam were able to have a closure with their dad. I love how they could have the last memory of him not as the man who died on the floor of a hospital, but as a men who is proud of their sons, who has lived at least a few hours of his live with his family, united, grateful, and happy. Their last memory of their dad is a man that had dignity in his departure, a man that loved them from the bottom of his heart. And I’ll drink to that.

Nobody gonna saw that (probably) but i have a thing to said. Am I the only one who has the feeling of closure not juste with their dad but with everything ? I mean... I first think of that for the 299 episode et even more with the 300. I can’t stop this feeling, like : THIS Season gonna be the end of the Winchester. I know there is a next season but... Really CW said no for Wayward Sisters but... What if the bro leave for saving earth... And the girls take torch and keep fighting herself...That still Supernatural... And the CW didn’t have a place for a new show, we agreed on that, but they have nothing against the girls. And realy between the end scene of the 299 and the 300... That smell the end to me. Someone tell me i’m not crazy ?

Look at their faces after John tells them he’s proud of them.

Because Sam goes:

Sam’s happy to finally hear that coming from his father after all that’s happened between them. He finally got the goodbye and closure that he needed.

But then there’s Dean. (This is the one that really broke me.)

Growing up, everything Dean ever did was to try to make his father proud of him. He looked up to the man more than anyone else in the world, and the fact that having him back was his “heart’s desire” shows that he still does. But no matter what Dean did, nothing was ever good enough for his father.

And now John’s standing in front of him, saying that he’s proud, and Dean can’t even believe what he’s hearing.

This face is Dean finally hearing the words that he’s worked for since he was a little kid.

This face is Dean feeling like he’s worth something for the first time in his life.

okay so

my 7th grade social studies/8th grade science teacher (he did both classes. Somehow…) had a snake lovingly named Hisser. Hisser would occasionally be taken out to crawl and he was held by kids and when there were fire alarms Hisser was taken along, usually to his chagrin. 

This was one of those days where we had in class work time and most of us were just chilling and so Mr. A got Hisser out and started passing him around.

Every girl student that he came to, he would immediately snuggle up to, wrap around their arms, and get cozy. With boy students, he would just sort of sit in the coiled lump that he’d been handed in. This was true with just about every single student, and Mr. A said that Hisser likes girls a lot better than guys and this has been thoroughly proven by Hisser’s attitude.

Then Hisser was handed to me. He was a loveable cold scaley rope as you would expect, but he didn’t coil around my arms. He didn’t get cozy. He just sat there. And Mr. Anderson said, “Huh. That’s weird. He usually likes girls.” 

I passed the snake to my friend and surely enough, Hisser wrapped around her arms and got cozy. 

I came out as a trans guy about 7-8 years later, and just recently realized that Hisser was right about me not being a girl all along. 

I’ve also decided that whenever anyone asks me “Why I think I’m a boy,” which is my LEAST favorite question ever, I’ll just tell them that a snake told me a long time ago.
