Rest in peace to those who lost their lives 12 years ago in this act of terrorism on the United States. Whether you were in the towers, down below, in the planes, or sacrificing your life to help and save the lives of others, you will never be forgotten. May your family and loved ones find peace in their hearts and know that they will forever have the entire nation behind them and supporting them throughout their lives.
September 11, 2001. Never forget.
I can even describe how frustrating it is not to be able to talk to Kelsey when I’m trapped in tiger form. I can sense she’s frustrated too. There’s so much I want to tell her. #Ren

Q: Dear Colleen! I have just finished reading your series! I didn't really sleep last night and it was so crazy and amazing to be part of Kelsey's adventures! Thank you so much! Now I can't wait to see the movie, but one thing bothers me. I heard that Julie Plec is going to write the script for Tiger's movie. I really enjoy watching TVD, but it's so different from L.J. Smith's books. Will you be able to stop script-writer (whoever it will be in the end) from changing your books too much? They're perfect just the way they are! Thanks for reading this! When you meet again, tell Kelsey she's the best! A: Authors have a lot less power than you might think when their work becomes a film. Of course if a film is successful then the balance of power often changes and an author can give more input. Having said that, I have great faith in Julie Plec and I love what she's done in her work with The Vampire Diaries. You're right that the show is much different than the books but I actually like the show better. What do you all think? Vamp Diaries the books or the show?

Q: In Tiger's Voyage, Phet gives Kishan the Divine Scarf to hold, only for it to quickly change colors to green and black. Apparently, this embarrassed Kishan, because he blushed. Do these colors indicate the jealousy Kishan has toward Ren or is there something more to it? Phet seemed to understand what it meant. A: Good catch. You are correct. Phet caught the color change and since the scarf is essentially a mood ring, it often shows what the people are thinking about. The color change to green was reflective of Kishan's jealousy.

Q: Hey Colleen! I have a question thats been nagging at the back of my brain for a while. In Destiny when Kelsey goes for a walk and tells her situation to a seemingly random person, she discovers that someone close to her was using the scarf to disguise them self in order to discover her true feelings. Later we discover that it was Kishan, but the way you wrote it made it so that the reader wouldn't know until you told us. Kelsey says "are you going to tell him?" and the way she acts around Kishan for a while made me think it was Ren that she spoke with. So I was just wondering if Kishan revealed his true form to kelsey or if he was in disguise as Ren? A: Thank you! You are correct about the disguise. I purposely left it vague so the reader wouldn't know if it was Ren or Kishan. Later you find out it was Kishan which adds more emotion when the reader discovers it was him all along. Kishan did reveal his true form. Ren was not aware of this exchange.
