Hii, so I was just looking for tiktok blogs to scroll on during these late ass hours and I discovered your blog and I just wanted to say, even though I'm not disabled, it really just touched my heart that you're out here doing this for people 😊 I hear stories of many disabled people having trouble on the internet with videos not having captions and various other things so it makes me happy that kind people like you are helping and working on that 💖🌹

it's gonna be really hard for a lot of people over the next few weeks self isolating. that takes a toll on mental health. we made a quick video to show some tips you can try to keep your mental as balanced as possible for the time being.

It can be very hard to stay in for long periods of time, hopefully one of these can help!

Tip 1: Video call dinner dates! You don’t have to cook and eat alone!

Tip 2: Try that thing you never have time for! This is a good time to learn new skills, practice, or read.

Tip 4: Exercise! Mild exercise helps your immune system response.
