The Olympics choosing to punish African woman specifically for being great athletes. If the Olympics were meant to be a fair sport where everybody had the same footing I would be up there but that's not what it is. Some people are literally born to be athletes.

Larger lung capacity, and a body with atypical proportions- for his height his arms are overly long and his elbows can hyper-extend (giving him a more powerful stroke), his torso is overly long and his legs overly short (making him more hydrodynamic- he's torpedo shaped. The long torso also allows him to make the most of those oversized lungs). His ankles can hyper-extend and his feet are huge, both of which mean he generates more thrust with each kick. With his double-jointed elbows and ankles, he can move his arms and feet like flippers, unlike his non-double-jointed competitors. If you were to design a human to be a great swimmer, you would end up with Michael Phelps. That is not to say that he had to work any less than the other swimmers- but his own body type gives him an edge. But nobody spoke up about Phelps, the walking dolphin, having an unfair advantage over other swimmers.
