“We Belong Here, and We’re Here to Stay.” This year’s Disability Pride Month theme, chosen by The Arc’s National Council of Self-Advocates, says it all. July is Disability Pride Month: a time to celebrate identity, visibility, and the power of embracing every part of who you are. It’s a reminder that disability isn’t something to fix—it’s a natural, valuable part of human diversity. We honor the strength, contributions, and voices of people with disabilities, while continuing to work toward a world that truly sees, supports, and includes everyone. This month and every month, let’s celebrate our unique differences without apology. ❤️💛🤍💙💚 #DisabilityPrideMonth #AccessMatters #MentalHealthMatters #MentalHealthAwareness

Being a man doesn’t mean carrying it all in silence. Strength is asking for help, even when it’s hard. #MensMentalHealthMonth #MensMentalHealthAwareness
This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re breaking the silence. Too often, men are expected to stay quiet, stay strong, and keep it all together – even when they’re hurting. The part that feels overwhelmed. The part that’s anxious, grieving, unsure. The part that’s been told to
“How can I feel resilient without feeling I can never fail?” Dr. Valerie Young, a leading expert on imposter syndrome, unpacks how perfectionism, belonging, and even fear of success can keep us from owning our accomplishments — and how redefining confidence can change everything. 🎧 Hear more in episode one of Mind If We Talk? https://lnk.to/episodeone 🔗 Watch on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/gBus_awn #MindIfWeTalk #ImposterSyndrome #Resilience #BetterHelpPodcast #MentalHealth #ConfidenceRedefined

We’re still glowing from this past weekend’s Music Festival for Mental Health at Brooklyn Paramount 🎤 It was a truly unforgettable day filled with hugs, tears, laughs, and celebration of the shared human experience. From artists opening up about their mental health journeys on stage, to keynotes and panels led by field leaders, to 14+ nonprofit organizations offering onsite resources — the entire event pulsed with connection, purpose, and community. Several thousand people came through the venue throughout the day, with over 80,000 tuning in globally via YouTube Health 💚 We’re incredibly proud and honored to be part of a movement that brings mental health to the forefront. A huge thank you to Sound Mind Live for creating a space where music, conversation, and community can come together to support mental well-being. Here’s to keeping the momentum and connection going strong 🌱 #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MusicForMentalHealth #MentalHealthMatters
To bring the message of our State of Stigma report to life, we partnered with Kyle McCarthy to share their mental health journey—and the stigma that often surrounds it. Together, we visualized a simple but powerful truth: asking for help shouldn’t have to feel brave—it should feel human. Meet Natalie Brown , Senior SEO Product Content Strategy Manager at BetterHelp, and her three-year-old pup, Phoebe — our Paw-some Performers of the Month! 🐶 Since joining Natalie’s family, Phoebe has brought tail wags, outdoor adventures, and a whole lot of joy to every WFH day. If Phoebe had a job title, what would it be? ”Junior Treat Analyst & Cuddles Coordinator — she takes both responsibilities very seriously (especially the treat analysis 🍪).” How does having a pet impact your work-life balance? ”In all the best ways. Phoebe gets me out of the house first thing in the morning and gives me gentle nudges throughout the day to stretch, breathe, and reset. Those quick walks turn into the perfect mental refreshers, helping me return to my work more focused. She also provides great perspective. No matter how stressful the day, a glance at her wagging tail and happy face reminds me that it’s all going to be okay. She’s calm, present, and always down for a cuddle.” Any fun quirks? ”Phoebe is wildly expressive and believes everyone she meets is a new best friend. If you're nearby, you’re getting greeted—hard stop. She also likes to chime in on Zoom calls, especially when her favorite neighborhood dog walks by.” 🐾 Phoebe’s daily joy and routine are a reminder that well-being is essential to doing great work. Whether she’s snoozing on the couch or demanding a walk, she’s the perfect partner in work-life balance. Do you have a furry friend who brings joy to your workday? Tell us all about them in the comments! 👇 #PetsOfBetterHelp #BetterHelpLife #WFHWithPets #WorkLifeBalance #MentalHealthMatters
