idk if u got a response about the"love the sinner hate the sin" mentality being wrong, but the reason is bx the sin is *part* of the person. gay people, objectively and scientifically, cannot control being gay without causing harm and suppressing parts of themselves. you're asking them to either repress the way they are or be hated for it under the guise of "oh it's only something you do it's not part of you as a person." if you hate the sin but the sin is part of the sinner, you hate the sinner
