I'm finding losing weight so hard. I just keep eating over my calorie limit. I wonder why I'm not losing weight but then I look at my track record. I have now made a happy/ unhappy chart on my fridge for each day this month. I get a happy face when I stick to it and a sad face when I don't to see if my childish brain will listen

Big binge today and have been slacking for the past month or so. I have 12 weeks till I see family and friends so it's time to lock in with diet and exercise. Hopefully my metabolism is up though as I've still been exercising, just my calorie intake has been at maintenance or above 😬
