Taking this blog from Unitarian Universalist to Episcopalian is awesome because I don't need to change the username at all and a sea slug Smaug painting still makes total sense.

Homophobic/transphobic religious people will never understand the joy of queer faith. It's so freeing to know that God's love truly is unlimited and that nzis can never break your faith.
Plus, theology is so helpful in a queer lense. Like feeling connected to being a girl and also nonbinary at the same time feels so confusing and contradictory but then I'm like wait, Jesus is confusing and contradictory too because he is both human and God at the same time.
Being beyond basic human comprehension is cool. Being confusing is holy. Be proud of your strangeness.
âB-b-but God wants you to hate people!â They yell at me while I kindness mog them. Love thy neighbor baby! â¨đđđâ¤ď¸â¨
Folk Christians and Christian witches I think we need to start being louder because the amount of baby Christians, or even born-and-breed Christians, that donât know we are an option is insane.
Talking about how I view faith has made so many peoples eyes light up itâs insane. Like yes you can get weird with religion itâs allowed.
Brother Alonzo you rascal get DOWN from there

Enough with the white suburbia live laugh love style Catholic items I wanna see people get funky with it I wanna see replicas of relics and reliquaries on necklaces alongside a saint medal I wanna see punk patches I wanna see candles shaped like beheaded saints holding their heads I wanna see art where people arenât just white frail europeans we have so much fun imagery people need to get creative with it
Hey guys, check out my impression of Christ our Lord!!! *cares deeply about my fellow man and participates in things that positively affect my community*

When you are posting on tumblr, do not add your commentary to the text of the post, in case others disagree with you and the original poster may come and say to you, "Make your own post," and then you will be in disgrace. But when you post, add your commentary to the tags, so that when the original poster sees them, they may say to you, âFriend, do not hide this in the tags'; then you will be honored in the presence of all who blog with you.

giving all my love to queer christians, catholics, and christopagans, as well as queers in any other religion where your sexuality isnât seen in high regard.
shout out to you all because we all carry the burden of having to explain our intersecting spirituality and identity to those who havenât done any research, refuse to, and/or really donât want to know what you think and just want to tell you youâre wrong.
it really shouldnât be our jobs to educate others on why i believe in this and think this is an okay thing to do in my own life because for whatever reason youâve made MY life YOUR problem.
and iâm not talking about people asking questions in good faith about something you generally would not be able to find out online besides asking for a strangerâs lived experience with it. iâm talking about the people coming into comment sections and anonymously in inboxes asking for a scholarâs level of biblical/religious knowledge and memorized verses to prove why their out of context understandings arenât true.
i know those people are just getting angry to be angry and ragebaiting users like myself to interact and give them an ego trip, but its really not my job to engage w them and i really donât care to. interactions like that will never be productive and will never yield anything other than one person or another shifting from theological points and explainations to why the user is a terrible person and going to hell.
You have to be respectful of other religions and atheism. You do not have to conform your faith to the expectations of those who are hostile to it.
