Modern AU {for an added bonus w/Seija}

Kill La Kill except without the fighting and clothes and stuff.

But really, I can see Sukuna being the really friendly kid at school but people pick on her because she's short, and then Seija comes in an defends her. And then Sukuna thinks of them as BFFs and Seija tries to shrug her off and play it cool but Sukuna starts to grow on her too. And then they have dinner together where Sukuna's mom who is apparently Reimu makes really good croquettes.

Animals come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, some big and some small. But few animals are smaller than the humble mouse. Foragers for food, they scamper along the ground, picking up what little morsels they can find. But in the end, they only serve as food for something else much larger than them. 

One of these mice couldn't stand it anymore. "I'm tired of us being at the bottom of everything!" she declared in a squeaky voice. "I'm going to make it so that we mice are at the tip top of the food chain! That'll show all the other animals who's boss."

Unfortunately, her size was a bit of an issue, so she enlisted the help of a snake who was equally fed up with the world. Together, they sought out the tools that would help them conquer all the other animals. The mouse's weapon of choice was a little needle, and for protection she wore a bowl on her head that she found on the floor. The snake and mouse had their plan for battle: the snake would charge into battle with the mouse on its back, and together, they would claim victory over their enemies. 

"Unfortunately, their first enemy was a shrine maiden who stepped on them both and killed them with the heel of her foot. The end."

UNPOPULAR OPINION: I hate this unpopular opinion meme. It's just an excuse for someone to reinforce something they believe to be true, and label it as fact. People don't give unpopular opinions if they don't know what the person's answer is. They're only going to give them to people who they know will agree. In turn, the people receiving the opinions are more inclined to agree because they don't want to be judged by people who do agree with the opinion. 

For example (a hypothetical one), someone says "There should be more fanart of Sukuna." Well yeah, of course I'm going to agree with that because Sukuna is my favorite character. If someone said "There should be more fanart of Seija," I would be less inclined to agree but given Seija's popularity with the Touhou community, I'd want to seem like I support it, so I'd say yeah sure, let's get more fanart of her. And of course, no one would send to me "There should be less fanart of Sukuna," because they know I would just flat out say no. 

So in short, this meme is always inclined towards agree because these "unpopular" opinions are really just popular opinions shared by the Touhou tumblr community. And who doesn't like to be right? Now I'm not saying that everyone sending opinions just wants to bolster their own credibility, some asks legitimately want to start a discussion. But if this really was an unpopular opinion meme, there would be at least as many or more disagrees as there are agrees.

"Uhh... That depends. That's a hard question to answer without any specifics. Depending on what they did, I'd probably feel hurt or angry. I probably wouldn't even be able to talk to them for a while!"

"But I believe time heals wounds. Unless they did something awful to me like try to kill me, I think I could forgive them after a while. After all, if they're close to me, then I think it'd make sense to be friends after..."

Th-This place is insane! I’ve gotta get out of here!!

Oh dear god, why did I even ask to go into Maribel’s little dreamland in the first place? Where is she anyway!?

A young lady, scared out of her mind, was running through the forests of Gensokyo, looking behind her for any trace of youkai that might be chasing her. She held onto her hat, not paying any attention to the surroundings in front of her, and kept running to try and find somewhere safe. It was almost a miracle for her that she didn’t run into any trees.

Almost.

That was when she ended up loosing her footing and started falling forwards, falling down a small cliff and letting a loud scream be heard. The sound of waves would get louder and louder as she fell farther and farther. She finally fell through the water, which felt almost like concrete, with a loud splash.

Renko didn’t know how to swim. She tried, and tried to swim up to the surface, and she also forgot to hold her breath. She started getting unconscious, as tears fell from her eyes and mixed with the water. She prayed to herself that some would rescue her.

Would they…?

Help me… P-… Please… help me…

They say when you begin to lose consciousness, you feel lightheaded, almost as if you're floating. No doubt that if Renko had swallowed too much water, she would feel floaty as well. But it seemed there was another force at work here, so that she wasn't just mentally "floating" but physically as well.

Gradually, without any need for effort of her own, Renko's body stopped descending and started to rise towards the surface of the water, until her face was able to make contact with air once again. Eventually, she could be able to stay afloat on the surface of the water, as if she was sitting on some invisible, inflatable bed that miraculously carried her upwards to safety.

Sitting next to her on the "bed" was a tiny person, holding a mallet that was almost the size of her body. Meet the kobito, Shinmyoumaru Sukuna. With a breath of relief, she climbed on Renko's stomach, hoping the unfortunate human was still alive.

I’m not sure if this was brought up here on Touhou Tumblr but it was announced at the Anime Expo Touhou Gathering that we will be having our first ever TouhouCon!! This is such an exciting step for Touhou fans but it will only work out as well as we can support the event! 

The location will be at UC Irvine in Irvine, California. The confirmed date of the con will be on September 20th. 

Again it’s our first one so it can only happen with everyone’s support! More information about TouhouCon will be posted as the event draws near on the TouhouCon Facebook page.
