What if A-Ling asked his jiujiu how the Jiang bells are made.
Obviously, jiujiu wasn't keen on telling, as it was a sect secret and why do you need to know, anyway, brat, huh??
Hmpf, Jin Ling doesn't need a bell! He already has one! He just wanted to know how one can infuse qi into an object the way jiujiu does it, so that one can track the object from a distance if needed! But if jiujiu doesn't want to tell him, that's fine, he will figure out something else! Stupid jiujiu and his stupid secrets!

A week later a Jin disciple brings a package for his sect leader, and in the package is a good quality leather collar, from which hangs a little silver bell shaped like a peony. There's also a tease but detailed instruction in how to infuse the bell with qi.
Fairy loves her new accessory and that means Jin Ling will let hisnstupid jiujiu keep his stupid secrets.
