Dairy-Free Clam Chowder! Used avocado oil and flour for a roux, then used pea milk for the base, and it came out nice and thick and creamy! It's tricky how to ratio the roux, pea milk and clam juice, and it took me a few tries to get it down (was too 'watery' for my liking the first couple of times)
, but it's soooo worth it in the end!
