Hi!! I was reading the last part of Deeper Down and came to my mind Chap6 of Colors, when Splinter was worried about Raph's rage popping out.. which it comes by the original purpose of the turtles and increasing from the incident, he says

I bet this bottled rage starts unconsciously by that time that Splinter regetted him and attacked them, or at least this amplified the inner rage
So, If this is the case, does Splinter imagine this or would be completely unaware?
I don't want to give too much away. But I will say that as of Deeper down, Raph is 2 years old, Mikey and Leo are 1 year old, and Donnie is just a baby. The things that happen Deeper down are pretty much entirely forgotten by Mikey Leo and Donnie. They were too young and really can't recall anything that happened later in their lives.
Raph, however, can. It's a bit foggy, maybe not a perfect recount of everything, but Raphael *does* remember the events of Deeper down.
As for the the bit in chapter 6 of colors, there's two things you could be referring to, so I'm just going to address both.

Splinter was genuinely expecting the turtles to be dangerous feral beasts initially. Something that fought with reckless abandon and fury, like a rabid wolf. Obviously, he didn't get that, he got something far more human.
But that moment in chapter 6 of colors was him realizing that Raph was, indeed, an "unstoppable beast" like he'd been told he would be, it just doesn't look quite the way he thought it would.
That was him recognizing just how dangerous his kids could still be.
Which leads to the second moment in chapter 6 that you could have meant:
Splinter doesn't finish this line of thought, because I wanted to leave it intentionally ambiguous about who it is that he doesn't want Raph to become like.
There are two options. One of them I will not say yet. The other, as you may have guessed right now, is himself. I'm sure you've all notice by now that Splinter was a very different person before he was their father.
He does not want Raphael to be the kind of person he used to be, and he recognizes his anger as a fast track to exacly that.
