This is about Zero lol. Sometimes I'm so tempted just to make the most bare bones comic about all the most interesting parts because I want to see peoples reactions, but I also want it to really mean something when I reveal those parts and in order to do that I need a bunch of context that seems really mundane compared to what I *want* to show you lol. Hanukkah isn’t Jewish Christmas™️, it’s a relatively minor holiday on the Jewish calendar, and the fact it’s the only Jewish holiday non-Jews acknowledge or make merch for (a lot of which ends up not even getting the details right, like using the 7-branch temple menorah instead of the 9-branch hanukkiah menorah or putting the wrong letters on dreidels, etc.) is incredibly frustrating, this is my Masada and I will die on it

but in me there are 2 Jewish wolves (and they have 3 opinions), and I am also absolutely going all out for Hanukkah season and planning on Judaizing reindeer & other stereotypical “secular Christmas” fair, and just generally being just as kitschy with menorah and dreidel decorations as Christians are with nativities and xmas trees
