@to-the-goddesses
Cicero, De Natura Dorum 2. 27 (Roman rhetorician C1st B.C.) [X]
“The goddess whom they call Hestia. Her power extends over altars and hearths, and therefore all prayers and sacrifices end with this goddess, because she is the guardian of innermost things.”
Hello! here it is, I've seen a lot of people give drawings to the gods, I personally am very passionate about my art and the idea of giving it to my gods makes me feel alive, you know?
so, I'm making this little drawing for Lady Hestia. I feel a great connection to her. She's the first goddess on my altars and I'm really fond of her.
Pen and ink drawing of a teapot I did for Hestia ^.^ because every hearth goddess should have a sacred teapot 💕
“Hestia! Garland-loving, home-keeping goddess, I summon you here to listen to my praise! And you, Agathos Daimon, serpent of my oikos, Fortune bringer, I invite you, too! I begin with you, sister of Zeus, Veiled and beautiful! Wrapped across your warm arms, Like the hug of a cable knit sweater, You hold our good and righteous snake. You follow him through piles of firewood to find the perfect branches, Hidden deep within the heart of a wooded path. With him, you form a dynamic team to bless mortals generously, Offering pious humans love and answered prayers. Those who praise you both receive divine favour, True and unblemished. Praise be to you, Glorious Hestia! Come, my wonderful Agathos Daimon, bide your time contently, And be pleased by the hearth’s heat. The flickering light glides over your scaly skin, Just as it does when you rest with Hestia. Without proper care, the fire goes out, And in my devotion I fuel it dutifully. Find comfort in this place, Honour it as your own sacred palace, However humble and unworthy it may be. You are a bountiful god, One which is magnificent and powerful all the same.You can give us wealth and happiness, Bless hosts or destroy them. Praise be to you, Gilded snake who holds such strength!”

Keeper of the Hearth
Hail, Lady Hestia, keeper of the hearth Goddess of the humble and everyday Goddess of the quiet and overlooked Goddess of the hard but necessary work
Yours is the work of tending Unending, unglamorous, and all-important Yours is the magic of transformation Fiber into clothes Grain into bread Yours is the art of making with care Giving love physical form
I feel your hands around mine, soft and warm I feel the warmth of your hearth, spreading through my room Gentle goddess, fill me with your patient love Make this house of mine a home Help this family of mine to thrive
To Hestia, I dedicate this picture I colored in MS paint today 💖

Goddess of nature, childbirth, wildlife, the Moon, the hunt, sudden death, animals, virginity, young women, and archery
My Offering to My Goddess Lady Artemis.
Hail Lady Artemis.
Hestia’s Home
Hestia, goddess of my home
Allow your warmth for everyone
Spread good feeling to all inside
And keep the wolves from running wild
You give me grace and good cheer
Every day and every year
Fireplace kindling and coffee fresh brewed
Creating love in every room
And rest comes to me whenever I arrive
And my trials of the day are left behind
For each day I come weary to the bone
To honour you, goddess of my hearth and home
Hera: Goddess of marriage 🦚
Aphrodite Altar
Hekate Einalia
The fireplace burns bright and hot,
The warm touch of a loved one,
Tender moments cannot be taught,
Cuddling as the day is done;
Cooking good food to fill your belly,
Kindness to a stranger,
Good memories come for free,
Safe from all known danger;
The lady of fire rules over this all,
Hestia of hearth and home,
May you heed the loveliest call,
May your heart yet roam.
