I’m disappointed to say that we live in such a Devil’s Minion fanfic drought that I’m just as thirsty as you are for these tropes. 😭

I think show-only fans (zero hate!) in general don’t seem to understand how deeply disturbed and disturbing Devil’s Minion is. Like. Daniel Molloy is NOT SANE AT ALL.

Daniel is a violent, suicidal necrophiliac who is addicted to drugs. Armand is a violent monster with no understanding of boundaries or consent.

And weirdly enough, that’s why they “work” as a fictional pairing. They both need PUSH, PULL, AND PUNCHES of the cycle of abuse to feel fulfilled at the beginning of their relationship. It’s abhorrent irl. In fiction it’s 🥵🔥!
