i find something oddly familiar and comforting in falling back into “ana’s” arms.
i’ve never really personified “ana” up until now.
it’s so intriguing to me how i can go from eating healthy and loving my body one day to starving myself for a week just because i decided to get a coffee one morning rather than eat.
i had forgotten the warmth that coarses through your empty stomach when you drink the hot, bitter taste of black coffee.
i had forgotten the love i felt when people asked the last time i had eaten.
i’m ready to fall back in against the wind.
something so warm about coming home to a forgotten friend.
