∗―roommates. atsumu miya edition―∗
—Claims that he’s the better roommate than Osamu because he pays his rent on time, he’s fun to be around than his more reserved brother, and he’s a pro-volleyball player which means you’re basically roommates with a celebrity. He’s very charming when you first meet him, he’s pretty to look at and seems like someone you may get along well (let’s hope you’re not wrong).
—Since he’s a professional volleyball player, you’ll miss him in the morning as he routinely goes to the gym to train and condition his body for upcoming matches. He also practices volleyball with some of his teammates so he doesn’t lose his touch. There are times where he has to go overseas for his games so you’ll have the entire place to yourself when he’s gone which is nice.
—You probably have to deal with the female neighbors on the same floor as you (more than you would like) since you’re roommates with Atsumu. He’s not home a lot and they’re always asking for him and offering him things like home-cooked meals and domestic gifts. When they found out you were living with Atsumu they gave you the dirtiest look—the disrespect was real ya’ll.
—He’s going to steal snack on your food whether you like it or not, he’s not very into cooking and would rather pay someone to meal prep for him because he just cannot be bothered in the kitchen. It’s more of his brother’s thing, and whenever he attempts at cooking he’s a chaotic mess and you’ve banned him after that one incident.
“Don’t get mad, but I think the toaster is broken.”
On another note, he’ll happily pay for all the groceries if you’re willing to cook for both you and him to save another spontaneous combustion from happening, and he enjoys your cooking because food tends to taste better when someone else makes it.
—He’s a pain in the ass whenever he indulges in a boys night out because he returns back home obnoxiously drunk and it always wakes you up. You also find him collapsed in the strangest of places, such as sleeping on top of the toilet seat with his toothbrush still in his mouth or in your bed (his room is adjacent to yours) because he mistook your room as his. Seriously, you woke up the next morning and thought “Oh GOD—when did a dead body get in here??” when it was only Atsumu sound asleep.
—He walks around the apartment half-naked so much you don’t even react to it anymore, especially during the hot summer days and he’s completely shameless about it. Sometimes your eyes will linger if he’s doing some form of at home workout and he’s flexing those glorious muscles because he looks sooo good and you’re enjoying the fan service when you should be getting your work done.
—One of the perks about living with Atsumu, is that he’ll dispose of the spider that’s living in the corner of your bedroom. But not without teasing and scaring you first because it’s cute funny seeing your jump-scares when he zooms in on your face with the caught insect and quickly retracting his hand. He’s an asshole for doing that and he knows it. (He gets served with only rice and steamed broccoli that night) *cues his deadpan face*
“Aww, come on (name)! It was only a joke!!!”
