So. Guess whose computer died.

Le-goshdarn-git I was planning to hop back on to write Newt cuz I miss all the lovely people here. And after 7 years. The hard drive goes "nah buddy that's a bad plan."

And my back up died a week before that. All my edits. Everything. Heck.

I'm gonna try and recover the info on it cuz I have some other important things.

But for now I am gonna be working and saving for a new computer. Hoorah.

I am still here quietly lurking I promise. I'm just foccued on irl things.

Newt had not expected to find himself here. But that always seemed to be the case, fate pulling the wizard to and fro from all corners of the earth. Such was his wandering ways.

Today, Newt was in Canada. Having gotten into so much strife in America, Newt thought it best to keep away from New York for the time being. Plus, he had heard such wonderful things about Canada. And, so far, it had served him well.

The wizarding community here was quite kind and welcoming, knowing of Newt’s book and even asking him for assistance with the odd pixie or gnome infestation. Newt was able to find homes for them easily.

The magizoologist had also been able to explore the land’s abundant population of water creatures, gathering legends from the muggles in the area and his own knowledge. It was quite fascinating.

But today, Newt had stumbled across quite a scene.

“Galloping gargoyles...”

Something had rampaged through here, Newt was certain of that. The entire place had seemed to have been sectioned off, but no one was around, so Newt thought it best to check it out.

The magizoologist could feel the tingle at the end of his fingers and toes of magic, a beast that needed his help. Walking a little further into the area, the wizard began looking for clues, something to help identify the beast.
