He was quiet as they walked, perfectly comfortable in amicable silence, and mostly glad that the tension had passed. Maybe he could read the letter when he got home, but more like than not, Yu would end up doing nothing with it. If it was honest, he probably wouldn’t throw it out, but there was something … unappealing about sharing one’s true feelings through a letter. Not, of course, that he would discuss that with anyone.
At the door to Rise’s classroom, Yu stopped and stood slightly out of the way so that she could pass and he could stand without being in the way of others, and offers her another one of his gentle smiles. “Jaa, I’ll see you at lunch, then,” he responds and holds up a hand in farewell. The edges of his smile pinch grey hues just slightly. “I’ll save you some food.”
=【 ♥ 】= Rise did still feel that tinge of annoyance over someone trying to conf- -ess their feelings to Yu. He was.. Speci- -al to her. She really didn’t want anyone to have him. It was truly how she was. O- -nce they arrived at her classroom, she would give him one of her heartwarming smiles before nodding.

She just wanted to make sure.. It did see- -m a bit muggy out today.. So, she wanted to ask in case there was a change of plans.
