Uncountable words have I read from J.R.R. Tolkien and yet I find myself unable to find any that could describe how much has he impacted my life. From the day I first entered his world, I was barely a child, I knew that it would be something that I would carry with me til the rest of my life. Few things are constant in my existence and at times of sorrow and despair it’s onto them I hold myself and I’m glad I have J.R.R. Tolkien as one of these pillars. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for had offered me a place where I can truly call home, characters who taught me more about hope, faith, love, respect and perseverance than real life people. Thank you… for everything. And tonight at 9pm I’ll be raising my glass to the Professor! Talytha
