The make chocolates for each other when Valentine’s day comes around. Roma’s chocolate is all fancy and gourmet; Spain’s chocolate has more of a home made type of feel, rich and full of love. They wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sometimes Spain gives Romano these small unexpected kisses throughout the day just to see how his Roma gets all flustered when he does this. Romano gets his revenge by suddenly pulling Spain into one of those deep and passionate kisses. There's nothing better than seeing the blush spread across Spain's cheeks afterwards.

Romano tends to worry about Spain a lot when they aren't together, which unfortunately happens often due to their status as nations. The one thing he asks Spain to do is to just text him when he gets back home so he knows that his idiot lover got back safely... ...but Spain being the person he is often forgets to text a message or writes a message but forgets to SEND it. Which worries the HELL out of Romano who will spam him with messages that go from "Hey you bastard did you make it back home" to "ARE YOU OK IM SERIOUS THIS ISNT FUNNY DO I NEED TO CHECK ON YOU"
