15.45:1| @bostonstoker | Kenya Nyeri AA -- It's amazing how slightly you can change the brew ratios and thereby completely change the cup you brew. In this case, 28g of this Kenya to 432ml of water with my #3CupChemex was a bullseye. A cup so filled with fig notes that you forget for a second that it's coffee.

#OverTheRhine in Cincinnati won the honor of being named the best development in the country right now and it boasts so many great spots to show for it - one of which is the @coffee_emporium. A hub of locals with love for coffee and community, Coffee Emporium offers great direct trade coffees including this Costa Rica La Minita with great customer service from knowledgable baristas. Definitely an experience not to be overlooked when you're near downtown Cincy. (at Coffee Emporium)
