I just found my girlfriend's porn blog... Send help, I am inadequate.

It remains to be seen if I made a massive mistake accepting her snapchat friend request. I still don’t know if I’m able to talk with her safely, or if I ever will be able to. I know that I felt like I was being awful the whole time. I don’t know if if this keeps up that I’ll relapse back into falling for her, and ruining myself even worse than before. But I can’t just completely ignore her, that’s wrong to do to anyone, ever.

With Sherbert, I’m just too much. I can’t.... I’m not a good friend for her. With Zaba, I just... Had I known she didn’t like being called “babe” or anything like that I never would’ve even accidentally done it.... And with Pear.... I don’t even know where to begin.... Is it even worth it anymore? Is it worth going through all that pain, for someone who isn’t who they used to be? Is it worth it for someone who has changed so much since I’ve known them, and clearly not for the better? She is no longer the young woman I fell in love with, but I still can’t feel right still just leaving, even though everything she’s done and is doing is just so.......not stuff that I would condone.... I just don't know anymore...

The overview effect is a cognitive shift in awareness reported by some astronauts and cosmonauts during spaceflight, often while viewing the Earth from orbit or from the lunar surface.

It refers to the experience of seeing firsthand the reality of the Earth in space, which is immediately understood to be a tiny, fragile ball of life, “hanging in the void”, shielded and nourished by a paper-thin atmosphere. From space, astronauts claim, national boundaries vanish, the conflicts that divide people become less important, and the need to create a planetary society with the united will to protect this “pale blue dot” becomes both obvious and imperative.

Third-hand observers of these individuals may also report a noticeable difference in attitude. Astronauts Rusty Schweikart,  Edgar Mitchell, Tom Jones, Chris Hadfield and Mike Massimino are all reported to have experienced the effect.

The term and concept were coined in 1987 by Frank White, who explored the theme in his book The Overview Effect — Space Exploration and Human Evolution
