it’s kind of heartbreaking how often simon and baz talk about how alive the other one is. like baz talking abt how warm simon is or simon finding baz’s heartbeat (does that even l happen canonically LMAO oops)

they each spent the beginning of their adolescence constantly worrying and dreading about having to battle in some huge fight, most likely leaving one of them dead , but once they’re finally together all they can talk abt it how alive the other one is
