A Day To Remember May Not Actually Be Able To Release 'Common Courtesy'

A Day To Remember have promised fans that they don’t care what Victory Records does to try to stop them - Common Courtesy is coming out. But a fan on AbsolutePunk has posted in their forums that frontman Jeremy McKinnon said in a VIP meetup that the band won’t know until October 2nd if the album can actually come out on their October 8th promised release date. It should be noted that the band has not released any details for the album still, which seems more than odd. You can check out what the AbsolutePunk member said below after the jump.
