Okay so full disclosure I only saw the Brasil and started screaming and wasn't sure what the shirt was, however it did seem to be World Cup related, so I did some digging and found the shirt! It is a limited edition World Cup Brasil shirt and it's sold out! the back is also very cute!!! he loves Brasil yay!!

The artist who made it seems be a pretty indie Brazilian artist (described as a tattoo artist at first by the dumb google AI so who knows) and you can see their account isn't big but they have some cute stuff! No idea how Phil was aware of them or got this shirt, the only connection I could make was that their shop also uses shopify, so unless it was part of some deal with shopify, it might have been gifted maybe?
