📌 INTRODUCTION POST!!!

It's about time I finally make a post like this on here. I gotta do the same on all of my other socials too.

Hey guys, welcome to my Tumblr Page. I'm TomTheGrizzlyBear/Grizzo_Starr!

I'm a black and gay/androsexual furry with ADHD and OCD who likes coding, nightcore, honey, big bois (hehe), cartoons (and cartoon animals), being warm, being goofy, grizzly bears, gaming and the color blue. I'm also a self identified geek.

I mostly focus on doing art and storywriting, and am currently working on my own universe with my own OCS and lore. My skills aren't the best right now, but I'm trying.

This page is typically where i'll post news updates about the stuff I make and post. Below in the image is where I'm the most active and where you can find me. I'll also link all the socials down below in the description so you can find em easier. I was also gonna share my art, but I'm not quite sure of that yet.

Small Vent Post

This is typically different from what I usually do but I thought I'd come out and speak about this because it's been bothering me for about a month and has only gotten worse recently. And I know no one is probably gonna see this either, that's fine.

But to be honest, I geniuenly feel like this is the worst I've geniunely ever been. So much has been falling apart for me these past few weeks and the past month and my life has been so shrouded within drama, negative thoughts and stress. I tried to distant myself from the problems I was facing with other things but recently things have geniuenly gotten so fucking bad and it's genieunly fucking up how I view things and how I view myself.

This honestly just feels like a repeat of how things were in 2024 when I was in a different community with other people and I faced drama in that community. It was most of my fault alot of the time and I hold myself accountable for how fucking stupid I was being but this still left a bad taste in my mouth and it eventually cause me to distance myself from the toxic communities I was apart of entirely. I can already see all the signs and everything and I know that in the end the only solution would be just to leave again and find new people to be around, and to just be "normal". Espiciallly with me somehow starting drama and getting accused of shit despite me trying to not do anything to start any bullcrap.

But the issue with that is that it isn't that easy now. It's not like how it was with the old groups and communities I was apart of because it's moreso based around the furry stuff. Which is a larger part of my identity and who I was compared to the other communities I was apart of before leaving them. I don't even know where I'd go or who I'd become, because being here for so long ever since 2022-2023 has helped me find out so much about who I am and I wouldn't be myself anymore if it wasn't for that.

And yes, I know I can just stop being apart of the fandom and still continue to be a furry, but that's another underlying issue. I like being apart of the community, I like having friends, I like letting others know about who I am and about being proud of myself. But now, it doesn't even feel like I can do that anymore. What's worse is that my feeling of feeling like an outcast and my longing to be somewhere else reminds me of the way I used to feel back in the old communities I was apart of now, and I can see so many signs that I'll eventually sink into things that I don't like now, even though I'm trying to make an effort to distance myself from them.

I came closer to the furry fandom in 2025 after fixiating on it for quite some time in 2024 and for a while, I had alot of comfort, I had new friends both within and outside of the fandom, I enjoyed myself and all of that stuff. But just like everything else, I fucked it up. Everything went downhill in 2026 when I fucked it up due to drama involving me. I won't get into grave detail but things got pretty bad. I've moved on from it since then and have reassured myself that I'm okay now and that it wasn't that big of a loss and even tried to find new friends but now it feels like I'm fucking that up as well, with my server dying, my motivation being low, me being able to not find new friends, my constant fuckups, MORE drama and even more bullshit.

And in the end, I just feel like after all of this is over that I'll just have to leave. I feel such a huge barrier between me and the people I'm around now and I'm already anticipating this happening, that and theres the constant pain of having to salvage friendships that might possibly fall apart and feeling like everyone is being agressive to me and I just have to fucking take it and not say shit back, did that once though and it just fucked things up even more. It hurts so fucking much. Because I don't wanna heavily base my identity any other communities and I don't wanna be "normal" or anything like that. It geniuenly hurts me that I look at the one community I loved and felt like myself in as one of the most toxic and bitter places and I already know that things won't get any better over time. Espicially with how fucked up my mentality and my mindset are.

Anyways, that's all I have to say, this post is a bit of a mess and I'm sorry about that. I'm not the best at being able to vent everything on my mind because I'm always so overwhelmed with everything overlapping at once, but I appreciate you reading this. If you actually did.

🗞 NEWS AND UPDATES #1 🗞 - Actually locking the fuck in and gonna start posting again.

Yup, you heard that right, I'm gonna start focusing on posting and making new stuff again.

I've been pretty burnt out these past few months due to drama, mental health problems, pain and other personal issues and things like that. So I lost focus and motivation on certain things. But now, I'm ready to come back and I'm ready to start working hard again!

Here's my main focuses, and what I'm currently doing right now.

1. Working on FBS Project and my art!

Working on my own universe and the lore of my OCs. They'll be separated into different groups. I'll also make use of my use of my Toyhouse Page (from 2024), My OC Social Network (OSCN) acfount and my Unvale account and add my all universes and OCs and lore to them all. I'm also trying out new things with my art and testing out new things like backgrounds and styles/blending and techniques!

2. 🎨 ART FIGHT!!!

You heard that right. I'm in my first year of participating in Art Fight this year! I made refs and even designed some of my new OCs for the event and I have to work more on my page but I have made some attacks and revenges for others and it's amazing since I get to make fanart for OCs and artists that and recieve cool art of my own OCs! I'll share all the attacks I recieve as well.

3. Working on posting on my YouTube Channel and my other socials.

- For quite sometime, I quit posting on YouTube due to things like stress (in relation to other things), burn out/demotivation, drama and loss of interest. But, I decided to come back and start posting again! I don't have a clear-cut expectation on what to post right now and I might have to reuploading of some older videos, but I'll mostly focus on just random stuff like gaming, coding, music and of course, storywriting, art and a bit of animation. There might also be some shitposting and memes as well but I wanna put more effort into my stuff so I'm gonna post more different types of content. I still won't be posting as much due to a higher focus on other things but I do still wanna do this for fun and I wanna reach 1000 subscribers so your support is appreciated!

Also, I've been more active on Bluesky and FurAffinity. Where I post my art. My usernames on there are grizzostarr.bsky.social and https://furaffinity.net/user/tomthebear, respectively! I'm trying to improve my art, my skills and my direction so following me there if your interested would mean alot! Linktree is where my other socials are at as well.
