and there’s exchange of colors... when dean is on the phone trying to find sam there’s a red drink in the foreground... at pamela’s when cas burns out her eyes dean’s face is lit up partially blue... when ruby is talking about the cosmic nature of souls being raised there’s blue backlight... definitely reading a little bit too much into this but also i think it’s neat

someday. someday i will overanalyze this episode because despite dean acting uncomfortable outwardly. he goes and puts on a silly little outfit with a gayboy vest and looks completely comfortable in it. but when he wears vests and cardigans around sam undercover he always mocks them. bobby knew what he was doing with this pairing that’s all
