not going to tag this cause ill be ripped apart by his fans probably but I think Victor Gideon was such a dropped ball of a character. don’t get me wrong i really like him, great performance from the actor and he has a killer design.

I just found him underwhelming. I felt we didn’t get to know him as a villain in any meaningful way. He’s got the whole snake motif going on, wish they would’ve leaned more into that though they obviously canned some of that with the unused boss fight model

will die on the hill that he should’ve been a stalker type enemy like Mr X/Jack/Lady D. It even felt like thats what the game was leading up to/implying was about to happen with a certain cutscene and then he just disappeared 😭
