No one told me about refeeding syndrome…. After 3 week fast I binged completely. I could of died not only by the fast but also by eating complex foods for my body to break down!! Please research this before you fast for long periods!!!! (I had to go to the hospital)

When I start fasting I can’t stop… I just feel like no food or drink is worth it, yk? And I never get hungry… but when I do eat I can’t control myself and eat EVERYTHING!!!! So idk what to do- help

(Ps, I know this is something a lot of people don’t have, and I’m not trying at all (!) to “show off” or “toot my own horn” I just genuinely don’t know what to do that would actually help in the long run- I don’t want to be bing1ng after every time I eat an apple.
