"I need to have a proper meal, I like to eat a lot," she said with her unfamiliar smile on her face as she leaned in to say it as if it was a secret. She still held Tony's hands in her own to make sure that they didn't return on her, the warmth of their skin scorching. "I do think you would rather not die today, am I correct in that assumption?" she asked him with a tilt of her head.
She had never in her life had such a conversation with a human. There had never previously really been a choice. Once she put her lips and teeth on someone's neck or wrist there was not much of a rational thought left in her head and even if they would please she was deaf to it. She had few meals that did not end with a lifeless body in her hands, mostly by the guidance or command of Maurin. But those were all in the distant past, the present was very different.
“That’s cool, I love to eat a lot too. Thankfully, I have a good metabolism.” After she took their hand, they received the message and did their best not to cross any more lines. “I mean yeah, like dying sounds kind of like a drag. Plus I think my family might be a bit sad if I did.”
While they stood there, Tony merely just looked down at the vampire curious as to what they should do from here. “Um, there is a cool place where you can get some more blood. Like for vampys and all. I sometimes work there,” they commented. “It is called Elysium. Pretty chill place.”
