kiss art plz luv! would love to see some more Pepperony, either a nose kiss (either of them kissing the freckles on the other's nose. You know how I love those freckles Tony tries to hide!) or maybe a courtly kiss on the hand, especially if they are dressed vintage--like Tony in tails bowing and kissing Pepper's hand in her ball gown, while she flutters her fan. lol

Thinking about how Pepper in IM1-2 was attempted to be written as a capable ditz (you can’t read it through the movie but can through the script) that was often stressed, anxious, excitable, and scared, in IM3 she has grown more confident in her abilities, calmer when faced with Tony’s chaoticness and less scared when faced with danger (even if she still hates violence). And while this is well deserved character development, I also like to think she is different in IM3  because this is the only movie narrated by Tony, and this is how he sees her. 

Or, to summarize with dialogue from IM1: 

Pepper: Oh, no, I always forget to wear deodorant and dance with my boss in a room full of people I work with in a dress with no back. Tony: Well, you look great, you smell great.

Even if Pepper thinks less of herself, to Tony she is perfect.
