So yesterday I was really angry and upset that I'm not losing weight properly so I had dessert.
I had salad for lunch, all free and superfree, and my usual superfree breakfast.
And then I got home from work and was angry so I had some chocolate buttons.
Then Stuart and I went to Harvester and in my salad bowl and I two new potatoes (they were coated in a very tiny amount of mayo, but literally tiny amount) and some pasta salad (no mayo) and some pineapple and cucumber and beetroot and some croutons (because seriously if you think I am going to the Harvester salad cart and not having any croutons you can go and shove your croutons somewhere unpleasant). For main course I had grilled salmon with creme fraiche and parsley sauce (only had half of it) and a jacket potato (no butter) and I didn't eat the green beans because I didn't like them. Then Stuart and I shared a Hot fudge brownie sundae (400 calories for half of it).
And today I have my stupid superfree breakfast and a shitty salad with eggs for lunch and honestly I'm just getting pissed off now and I absolutely despise the Slimming World website, it's dreadful
