Disorganized - will post fanart one moment, then followed by a pretty pic after, and then by a shitpost.

Minimal tagging - for fandoms, I tend to tag by media, and if it is ship art, I tag the ship. I don't usually tag the characters unless it's a post I myself made, as tagging very meticulously can be tiring at times. Sometimes I throw in a comment.

Related to ships, I tend to like a bit of everything! I have my preferred ships, but overall I'm quite the omnivore, there's very few ships and dynamics I actively dislike.

I am a bit trigger-warning unaware, and some of my favorite media (ex: tgcf) is full of tw potential. I very seldom tag unless it's too extreme, as, again, I easily miss it, but if you ask me for a specific phobia for specific post(s), I'll do it and try to keep it in mind for future posts. If you're squicked by blood and violence (and cannibalism - one of my favorite characters is one) I highly reccomend not following, as I don't tag those unless it's very gore-ish.

Mostly SFW, but some jokes and NSFW posts may pop up at times. Be an adult before following.

A lot of my posts are queued. My queue tag is "lang qianqiueue", but I'm a bit lazy and thus I often don't tag it as such. Trying to change that.

Along with that, Eddie trusted him so much with his child that he put it in his will that if he dies, Buck will be his son's legal guardian. On multiple occasions, when he is sad, someone brings him a child to cheer him up and it WORKS. He is canonically an incredible baker so he'd be a good house wife. He is a firefighter, so he knows how to prioritize the health and well-being of those who are more vulnerable, even when he is struggling in his personal life. He literally JUMPED INTO A TSUNAMI when he was OFF DUTY to save a child that wasn't his own. TALK ABOUT MOTHERLY INSTINCTS. He had bad parents and was raised by his older sister, something he has acknowledged as an adult, so he understands the difference between good parenting and bad parenting. He is in therapy, a choice he made on his own because he knew he wasn't okay and wanted to be more okay, so he is self-aware and very capable of self-reflection and growth. He is basically a dad already, but he would absolutely love being pregnant ^ see again, people bring him children when he's sad."

Qi Rong canonically has a kid, and his character development revolves around finding a bit of light in his blackened heart in parenthood. It's the crux of his character arc! This ancestor has a son!

Like the other propagander said, it'd be hilarious to see how he'd react pregnant. He'd act like the pampered prince he is. This ancestor demands to be treated well!

He knows how to cook, so naturally his womb would too. This ancestor is an excellent chef!

This is already canon, but Qi Rong, the cursing, revengeful, immature, petty and extremely violent and unstable cannibal becoming a parent is a peak gap moe, and so is him being pregnant. This ancestor is gap moe!

Just look at him. Look at his everything. And then look into my eyes. This ancestor is a MILF!

The idea of Qi Rong being pregnant by the guy whose family he murdered is inherently hilarious.

(TGCF Spoilers) Ok, so extra propaganda:

Qi Rong's deal is that he's a very immature man due to him being abused by his father and losing his mother (who sacrificed herself for his aunt, who then became his primary caretaker) at a very young age and then, afterwards, into a position of privilege. Still, even though he's spoiled to death, he still craves the love of a father figure, and he subconsciously ends up putting his older cousin, whom he greatly admires, into this role. Said older cousin, barely two years older than him, of course isn't thrilled by this, and in the end, when he couldn't "fulfill" Qi Rong's impossible expectations, Qi Rong goes even madder and turns against him. Still, deep in his heart, he craves that unconditional fatherly love, but he doesn't get any of it because he's too used to getting attention by acting out and being cruel, and that doesn't change after he becomes a ghost.

After some shenanigans, Qi Rong ends up needing to possess the body of a random dude, who happens to have a son. At first, Qi Rong is angry and only keeps him around as a sort of human shield and emergency food, but as he keeps pretending to be his father, he starts growing attached. The child gives him attention and unconditional love, and, even if he's tsundere about it, he does listen to him.

In the final battle, Qi Rong, against all his established selfishness, ends up protecting this child against deadly fires, costing him the possessed body and leading to him almost dispersing. Whatever is left of his soul is now in a lamp his cheaply adopted son sees everyday.

So why did I explain his story here? Well, the main theme of Qi Rong's story is basically parenthood. He spent his entire life mentally scarred by his father's abuse, trying to prove he's more than a stain in the world, but he only kept alienating everyone around him by acting violently and immaturely. It's only by doing that one selfless act that he finally surpasses both his father AND his son's biological father (stated to not be a good in the text) in a way that mattered. Of course that doesn't fix him, he's still a little hateful ghost until the end, but... He now has a bit of love and care in his heart, and it's all due to him accidentally becoming a parent. Let's just say that, post-canon, he ought to give his cheap son more siblings! Parenthood may not fix him, but it can tame him a little bit and leave everyone happier in the process.

Further fun fact: one of the letters in his his name directly references him sheltering his son. For further explanation, please check out this amazing meta translated by baiwu-jinji. It also goes deeper into the importance of fatherhood in his story.

One interesting thing about Lang Qianqiu is that almost everyone agrees he's the Tigerboy™. Which is funny because, in the actual text, he's only compared to a tiger one(1) time, and it was in relation to his expression when he was stuck in labubu form.

The reason people are told "mundane before magic" is so they remember to do things like check whether they've got mold or carbon monoxide in their house before they decide the problem is a malevolent spirit, find out whether their health problems have a treatable medical cause before deciding they're cursed, and make sure they have a mechanic check their car once they hear funny noises instead of just casting a safety spell on it and calling it good. People get hurt if they neglect the mundane.
