Puppy if anyone tries to hurt you here’s some tips

-kick or hit the genitalia. People say it “doesn’t hurt women” but the vagina is just as sensitive as the balls.

-Sharp object or nails right near the soft spot of the neck under the ears. That the carotid artery which brings blood flow from the heart to the brain. Puncturing that can be fatal

-scratch hard enough to break skin, if you get blood or skin under your nails that’s DNA.

-tear hair. Again DNA.

-Punch the jaw right where it comes into the jawline from your neck, that’s where the bottom jaw connects to the top jaw, punching there as hard as you can, can cause dislocation to the jaw.

-Sharp object to the stomach, it can puncture plenty of organs, but even getting through the mass is enough to stun someone.

-Bend fingers. Fingers break easy.

-Punch the gut or stomach.

-Punch in the throat, or if you’re able to, get them in a headlock and find a way to cut off airflow.

Sucks that we actually have to tell people these things.

i get really annoyed when people talk about women's lower belly fat pouch (here's marilyn monroe for an example picture).

it's not an evil nasty gross flaw to get rid of. it's ALSO usually not some sort of "internal organ pouch" which i hear a lot of people say. it's literally just a pad of fat. the same as breasts. its fat that forms there because of estrogen. it can grow and shrink with hormones, general fat loss/gain, water retention, etc. it's a diffierent size and shape for everyone. working out will not get rid of it. losing weight may or may not shrink it. it's just there. saying "also it's HOT because it's feminine and sexy and natural!" doesn't help this conversation either. like can everyone shut up about it
