Getting a new pokéwalker:

So I couple of months ago I got nostalgic and wanted to play my first ever pokémon game, pokemon heart gold. But the sad part was that I’d lost my pokéwalker a while ago so I couldn’t play it like I used to.

for my first couple of playthroughs of the game I always involved the pokéwalker in one way or another, so I decided to get one second hand so that I could fully enjoy the experience. It arrived today and I’m so happy that I got it.

Obviously there’s saved data in it, it seems like the previous user had put in a sandshrew in it, we’ll see if I keep the data or not.

but I will probably start using it once I’ve trained up my zubat to be on par with my chikorita so that I can truly start my journey and fight Falkner, maybe I’ll put updates on my vlog here and there but for now I’m gonna put a footnote in this story.

I really love that I got someone else pokéwalker, because to me it feels like I got a little bit of someones history and journey with me.

there’s a big chance that my old pokéwalker has found it’s way into someone else’s hands and now they got a little part of my history too, even if they have deleted it’s data by now, it was so long ago.

I guess if you wanna get to see more of my heartgold journey… stay tuned???
